BGSe
BaGa4Se7 (硒镓钡),简称BGSe晶体属于单斜Pc(第7号)空间群,其具有大的带隙(2.64eV),宽的透光范围(0.47~18μm),大的非线性效应(d11=24.3 pm/V,d13=20.4 pm/V),适中的双折射(Δn=0.06@2μm)和高的激光损伤阀值。BGSe晶体生长性能良好,容易得到大尺寸高质量单晶,适合用于高功率输出。BGSe晶体可以被1~3μm的激光抽运,产生最高可达18 μm的中远红外可调谐激光。
与ZnGeP2相比,BGSe可用1μm激光源进行抽运,且容易制备大口径器件。BGSe是目前对成熟1μm激光进行频率下转换输出中远红外激光性能最佳的非线性光学晶体。
