Cr,Tm,Ho:YAG
我司的Cr,Tm,Ho:YAG晶体产品,是由氙灯或二极管泵浦的高效激光晶体,是一种综合性能良好的激光晶体。Cr,Tm,Ho:YAG波长为2.1μm。 泵浦源主要来自被Cr3+吸收的闪光灯能量,Ho3+是工作离子,而Tm3+则充当传递能量的中介。2.1μm的激光可以很好地被水吸收,容易透过大气,对眼睛安全。 此外,对于3-5μm中红外光学参量振荡器,2.1μm激光是理想的泵浦光源。CrTmHoYAG晶体具有较宽的吸收带、高斜率效率、可以用闪光灯或二极管泵浦、在室温下运行良好和在相对人眼安全的波长范围内工作等特点。因此它广泛用于医疗、激光雷达、军事等领域。
